I am a Certified Core Transformation Coach (2021) and have been using Core Transformation with clients, friends and community for one year.

I have a special empathy for families who experience the pain and complicated grief related to war as I had a family member go missing in war when I was a young child. It has been my life work to support others who struggle to get relief from their stress and find peace amidst the ongoing confusion and chaos.
